Book a chemistry call and confirm your slot before accessing and completing the prep in your client portal. Then, on the day, give us 30- 60 minutes to agree on your project priorities, sit back, keep an eye on comms, and let us do our thing until our 5-pm handover call.

No worries! The application process is all about making sure we're the perfect match to achieve your goals together. Your VIPWebsite Intensive isn't set in stone until you've paid the deposit and received the official calendar invitation. This way, we both have the clarity and certainty we need to move forward and make your VIP experience a reality. So, no pressure – let's take the next steps when you're ready!
Good question! To get things rolling before your design day, there are a few quick things I'll need from you. First, I'll send over a login to your client portal, where you can fill in your copywriting, onboarding and SEO questionnaires – these will help me understand your business and goals. Once those are filled in, you can upload your branding elements: your logo and font files, colour palettes and any brand guidelines, stock photography you'd like to use, and any professional photos of your team or locations (if you have them). Absolutely! Once your site is live, you can start managing it yourself if that's what you want to do. I'll provide you with a handover document and video walkthroughs, giving you all the training and tools you need - and I'm always here if you need a little more help. I use Wix Studio, which is a user-friendly platform - and if you are concerned about anything, I can tailor your level of access to suit your comfort levels, so you can easily add, edit, and remove content without needing to come back to me for every little change - or worrying about making any major mistakes!
Unlike Deep Dive Intensives, VIP Days are designed to have as little impact on you and your time as possible. I try to get as much out of you as possible in the pre-work and project call but it would be most helpful if you could try to be available by phone and/or email to answer any urgent questions and, provide on-the-spot feedback where required as this will greatly contribute to a productive VIP experience.
No, this website package doesn't include brand design. Having your branding finalised beforehand (logo, colours, fonts, etc.) helps me quickly create the perfect website for your business. If you're starting from scratch with your branding, it might be worth booking a branding project first – just let me know, and I can give you the details. (And, if you book these both at the same time, we give you a discounted bundle price!)
This website package works best if you've already got your branding sorted. To make your site truly shine, I'll need your logo, fonts, and colour palette. If you don't have or if you're still working on your branding, no worries! I can absolutely help with that too – just let me know, and I'll add a separate branding package to your proposal.
You're welcome to provide your own website copy, and we can definitely still move forward with this package. To make sure your site gets off to a flying start, we'd recommend a quick copy audit. This will help ensure your text includes the right keywords and is concise and impactful.
I totally get that life can throw us a curveball sometimes. I generally don't offer refunds because of the immense value you'll be getting from the skills and knowledge shared in the program. But I'm not a heartless robot! I understand that there may be extraordinary situations where a refund could be considered. In those rare cases, we'll have a wee chat and figure out what's fair and reasonable to find a mutually agreeable solution.
