Shells Milne Coaching & Consulting strives to provide our clients with the highest level of service. We understand that circumstances may arise that require clients to cancel their booked sessions. This document outlines our cancellation and refund policy.
All contracts are binding.
Finished By Five and Finished By Friday Clients may cancel their session by providing us with at least 72-hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. If less than 72-hours notice is provided, the client will forfeit the session and will not be entitled to a refund.
Consulting Clients are bound by the terms of their consulting contract and the stated 30-day termination notice period.
Cancellations
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any of our services. Once payment has been made for a booking, the fee is non-refundable. This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of whether the session or programme has been completed or not.
There may be exceptions to this policy in the case of extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen event that prevents the client from attending the scheduled session. In such cases, we may offer a credit for future sessions at our discretion.
Missed Sessions
If a client misses a booking without providing 72-hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited and the client will not be entitled to a refund or credit for the missed session.
Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
